I have looked twice for help at Kalkaska Verizon to solve my Internet connection problems. In October 2013 and in June 2014. First time I was served by Hope Meredith and second time by Melisa Sue. Both times I've got really friendly, good and professional service and the results were successful. Thank you very much for both of the ladies.
Told me I had never been to that Verizon before to have any service since there was no record, I obviously was mistaken.Went home and had copies of all the service procedures.I will return tomorrow since as a senior citizen didn't like the inferences.Previously changed plans were not adequately explained or incorrectly explained.
