Ordered shocks for my truck, was told they would be in the next morning so I took my truck apart for the new parts. The next day I went to get my parts and THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG ONES!!!! No apology, nothing. The previous day, I bought a small tank of acetylene and when I got home (14 miles away) I discovered they sold me an EMPTY TANK!! I took it back and they exchanged it and again, no apology, nothing. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I'VE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE FOR OVER 30 YEARS!! (Kalkaska, MI location.)
